Name, contact information, pathway interest, and a short description of your experience are enough. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment information, medical information, or employer-confidential material.
This request begins a conversation with the TTS team. It is not an application, enrollment agreement, promise of admission, or authorization to perform regulated work.
TTS uses your trade interest and experience level to decide whether a readiness discussion or future assessment makes sense. Challenge credit, course placement, and practical authority require separate review and evidence.

A TTS team member reviews the request. Automated scoring does not admit, enroll, certify, or authorize anyone.
If appropriate, the team will contact you about program status, prerequisites, assessment availability, and the applicable approval boundaries.
The form will open after its protected submission service, monitoring, privacy notice, and staff review path pass staging checks.
A request, conversation, or knowledge assessment does not by itself establish admission, enrollment, course credit, journeyman status, licensure, apprenticeship standing, or authority to perform work. TTS and the applicable qualified professionals must review the complete evidence and program status.
