Why it matters: Layout follows function and service, not just geometric fit; every wire and device needs an identified role.

Why it matters: A layout that fits with covers removed may fail when wireway covers, terminal access, heat, labels, and replacement are considered.

Why it matters: Ground, bond, common, reference, neutral, and shield are not interchangeable words or conductors.
